  I'm normally pretty impressed by how fast they are, but it took over an hour to get all of my food. I got the sandwiches about 40 minutes after ordering from a shop not 1 mile from my house. They forgot the drink, and it took them another 40 minutes to get here and it wasn't even the right drink. I'm very disappointed.

  Terrible delivery service, Terrible customer service. I live a block away and it took them almost an hour to get me my sandwich. When I called to complain, I was told 2 different times, 15 minutes apart, that the driver had just left. This means that I was lied to. When I talked to the staff on the phone, they were rude and didn't seem interested in helping. I will never order from this Jimmy Jons again.

  Rude phone operators when I called to inquire about my food after an hour of waiting. Sounded stoned and unconcerned.
